Morgan Howard Completes Search For Terex Corporation

Atlanta, July 14, 2006…..Deborah Sawyer, a partner with the executive search firm Morgan Howard Worldwide, has placed Greg Fell as Chief Information Officer for Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX). Based in Westport, Connecticut, Terex manufactures and sells heavy equipment for use in construction, infrastructure, quarrying, recycling, surface mining, shipping, transportation, refining, and utility and maintenance industries worldwide.  The company also leases and rents heavy equipment, as well as offers a line of financial products and services.  With revenues of US$6 billion and market capitalization of US$3.8 billion, Terex employs almost 17,000 people around the world.

The successful candidate’s experience is global in scope with Mr. Fell having led a roll-out of a suite of plant floor applications to 100 facilities across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Additionally, he has expertise in driving alignment across business units and has successfully constructed a strategy to centralize systems and people under his lead. Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Fell was a Manager—IT Operations, North America Manufacturing for Ford Motor Company.
