ATLANTA, Jan. 5, 2007 – Morgan Howard is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Peter M. Leger as president and CEO of MSX International. Leger will also serve on the company’s board of directors. Leger, 55, replaces MSXI’s previous president and CEO, Robert Netolicka.

Prior to accepting his new role at MSXI, Leger served as CEO of VinPlus LLC, a market leader of data, e-commerce and software solutions to the automotive retail and financial services sectors. His previous experience includes tenure as President and CEO of APAC Customer Services (NASDAQ: APAC), a leading provider of software solutions and BPO services. Additionally, Leger served as President of the Dealer Services Group at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP). Mr. Leger has over 15 years experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing large services businesses.
