Morgan Howard expands PRESENCE in asia Pacific region; Opens APAC headquarters in singapore
Singapore, January 11, 2007 – Morgan Howard Worldwide, a leader in executive search and client special matters, has expanded its presence in the Asia Pacific region. With its Asia Pacific headquarters recently opened in Singapore, the firm plans to open additional offices in Shanghai and Tokyo in the near future. Morgan Howard also has offices located throughout the United States and Europe.
Deborah A. Sawyer, a senior partner with Morgan Howard, was appointed to head the Asia Pacific expansion effort. Ms. Sawyer brings significant expertise in senior level executive search across Asia, including Singapore, China, Japan and India, as well as a wealth of experience in the US. A veteran of the executive search profession, Ms. Sawyer has had the honor of leading several major, global client relationships during the course of her career.
Ms. Sawyer believes that expanding Morgan Howard’s presence in the area is an ideal match for the needs of the firm’s clients. “We saw a relevancy of our clients to this market,” notes Ms. Sawyer. “In listening to top executives, time and again we heard that Morgan Howard’s unique approach to search and special matters was desired in the region. The new Asia Pacific offices are part of Morgan Howard’s strategic plan of growth, specifically in response to clients’ increasing demand for executive talent in the area. The offices will serve both clients who currently operate within the region and who are looking to expand into APAC markets. Clients served in the region by Morgan Howard at present include financial services, technology, professional services, pharmaceuticals, outsourcing, and telecommunications concerns.
