Alister Wellesley is the founding partner of Morgan Howard.
Mr. Wellesley launched the firm in 1992 and has been its chairman since its inception. Through his initiatives, the company expanded across the globe, completing transformation by early 2000. With nearly 15 years of search experience, Mr. Wellesley focuses on leadership positions primarily within the technology/service related sectors.
Over the years Mr. Wellesley has developed relationships and led engagements for well known brand companies such as IBM, Dell, Unisys and EMC. He has also developed an interesting track record with lesser known organizations that mainly sit within the Technology and Services sector. International clients centered in the emerging markets include working with groups such as TATA, Patni and Mahindra. His broad experience crosses many different functional areas with bias toward executive management and sales/marketing search engagements.
Having lived overseas in mainland Europe, Asia and North America since 1998, Mr. Wellesley is well versed with foreign customs and protocol throughout Europe and Asia. Now based in the US, he brings a unique understanding of international concerns and issues that oftentimes arise during multi-country searches.
