Rachel Chan

Rachel Chan is a managing consultant for Morgan Howard, located in the Singapore office. She brings over 10 years experience in recruitment and consulting, with expertise in the business services, technology and real estate development industries, among others.

 

Previously, Ms. Rachel was a managing director for TRS Management Resources, under the umbrella of TRS International, Inc., a subsidiary of Fluor Daniel.  During her tenure, she worked with and was responsible for clients including Ambit (IT), Tekron (construction/engineering), and David & Choley Associates (finance). Prior experience includes ownership of Aconcept Consultant, an IT training company and training partner of Digital Equipment Company in the mid 1990s. Ms. Rachel has conducted technology training programs for many esteemed enterprises, including Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Castrol, to name a few.

 

Ms. Rachel has successfully recruited and placed highly qualified candidates for clients throughout India, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Singapore. Among her achievements was serving 70% of Singapore based property developers within this region, actively recruiting for architects and project directors throughout the Middle East.

 

Ms Rachel has studied at ICSA in the UK and the Theological Centre for Asia.
